El color rojo ocupará con la primera y la quinta franjas la mitad de la bandera.
El color amarillo ocupará la franja central con igual dimensión a una de las rojas.
El color azul plateado ocupará dos franjas intermedias de igual dimensión, colocadas a uno y otro lado del amarillo, equivalentes a la mitad de este último.
Las dimensiones de esta bandera serán en proporción de un metro en sentido de asta y de un metro setenta y cinco centímetros en sentido horizontal.

Español: adoptada por el Muy Ilustre Concejo Cantonal de Loja el 16 de octubre de 1963.
