Čeština: Vlajka obce Trnová, okres Praha-západ. List tvoří dva svislé pruhy, bílý a modrý v poměru 1:2. V žerďovém pruhu zelený vykořeněný růžový keř se čtyřmi listy pod třemi červenými květy (1,2) se žlutými semeníky a zelenými kališními lístky na stoncích s trny. Ze středu horního a dolního okraje listu vychází bílý ostrvový pruh široký jednu devítinu šířky listu s jedním sukem k žerďovému a dvěma suky k vlajícímu okraji listu.
