Misuse of sockpuppets (various accounts as well as dynamically assigned IP-adresses) to be able to place and persevere in cross-wiki promopushing for an artist Dimitri Parant everywhere, not only by placing and updating an article with more accounts suggesting the artist has more support from more different persons, but also by including him in various articles on art as well as striving with sockpuppets to keep the article on-wiki. Credibility is enhanced by creating the accounts on various wiki-versions but then they are used cross-wiki and now exposed by checkuser to be sockpuppets as proven by checkusers performed here on nl-wiki and fr-wiki. Used dynamic IP-addresses were proven to be underlying to the accounts as well from the ISP Gaoland. Upon the evaluation period of the article on nl-wiki it was judged by the community as not notable and then the whole cross wiki network came to light and matters were investigated. Articles created:
